OS X 10.2.5 server update successful
OS X 10.2.5 workstation update came out the end of last week. The server update came out today. Despite reports of problems with Apache not starting after the upgrade I went ahead and backed up all my HTML and other critical files (in case of a disaster like before when 10.2.4 came out). The update went off without a hitch and like the workstation update I have noticed a noticeable increase in speed from the server not only from the console but also when it is serving. I had it starting up and loading applications while I was surfing pages and doing DNS queries from it. Everything seemed fast and web-mail (SquirrelMail) is much faster now. Email seems faster as well. Course I am on a 100MB network right now. Will be interesting to see if the speed keeps up over the old T1 ;)

Also I have updated all of my macs to 10.2.5 and all seems well. The new release of Safari is really nice, though PeopleSoft still goes into an infinate loop when the login screen comes up!
